With over five years of experience in the field and over seven years in management, Teddy Ryan is a skilled project manager with a wealth of knowledge in estimating, managing, budgeting, and executing small to large-scale builds. Teddy is not content with merely sitting behind a computer screen and delegating tasks to subcontractors. He enjoys being plugged into his work and is unafraid to get his hands dirty. Teddy prioritizes cultivating relationships with managers, clients, and the men and women on the ground who help make his clients' dreams a reality.

For Teddy, General Construction Management is about keeping the entire team motivated and informed, providing regular updates on addenda/submittal revisions and RFI responses, and making those documents available for on-site collaboration through PlanGrid. His fluency in Spanish and extensive experience managing teams in high-end, high-stakes finish-outs, primarily in the TI and medical sectors, make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Teddy is the main point of contact for managerial and financial correspondence and is available as a backup contact for immediate on-site needs after Nate, our General Superintendent.

As Image's General Superintendent, Nate brings over twenty years of carpentry experience building out locations from frame to finish in the Greater Austin Area. He is well-versed in reading prints and navigating software such as PlanGrid and Procore and has a keen eye for troubleshooting obstacles on the job.

Nate is a vital asset to Image, and he has proven time and time again that every obstacle has a solution. His attention to detail and ability to motivate and lead a team has contributed to the successful completion of many projects.

Lane is a highly experienced Assistant Superintendent at IGC and an OSHA-certified safety inspector with a strong track record of over 10 years of successful job site management. He has extensive expertise in supervising, scheduling, monitoring job-site safety, and coordinating with subcontractors and ownership to ensure the highest quality of work. He is dedicated to keeping subcontractors informed of all on-site changes and provides a critical extra set of eyes in the field for our team and clients. Lane's certified welder background makes him proficient in steel fabrication, carpentry, punch list management, and quality control.
